Sales Agreement  

 The sale agreement between Apo Arts and the customer will come into effect when Apo Arts accepts the customer’s order and receives payment.

Any information that you provide us will not be disclosed to any third parties, unless required to do so by law.

Payment Options   

We accept payment through PayPal website and do not store any card details from your purchase, ensuring your details are safe.

Delivery & Dispatch   

All goods are dispatched within 2-5 days.  We cannot provide exact delivery times or dates. We will notify you when your order is despatched by email you. A signature will be required when the parcel is delivered.

Delivery Charged   

At the time we delivery only inside UK.

 UK standard delivery is charged : £4.50

 Returns & Refunds 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within seven days of taking delivery of the goods. We are sorry but we are unable to refund postage and packing costs, unless goods are damaged.

To cancel an order, please contact us within seven working days following delivery of your goods quoting your order number. Unless you notify us within seven days we are not obliged to accept a return. All returns will be made within 7 working days of us receiving a damaged product.

Prices

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on this site are for orders placed and include VAT.

Changes to these Terms

Apo Arts reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time by,posting a revised page om our webside. The terms of our contract with you will be based upon those terms and conditions current at the time you place your order.

3.      There will be one prize draw consisting of one of our exquisite oil paintings (worth approximately £230).

4.      The winner will be notified after the draw on Monday 1st September.

5.      Apo Arts Ltd will not be liable for any failed entries.

6.      Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

7.      By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entries which do not comply with the terms and conditions are will be deemed invalid.

8.      Only one entry per person. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

9.      By entering, winners agree to their names and general locations being used for publicity purpose by Apo Arts Ltd only.

10.  Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

11.  Any breach of these prize draw rules by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

12.  Apo Arts Ltd reserves the rights at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the prize draw.
